On Thursday 8 July, Vicki Dunne MLA and I will host a meeting in Hawker to discuss the Government’s proposed changes to the arrangements at Hawker Shops.

We are very concerned about the lack of consultation and the way in which the Government has handled this issue.

At the meeting, we will hear and note your thoughts about the Government’s proposed changes. We will then send a copy of the meeting notes to the Land Development Agency and Government Members for Ginninderra, Mr Stanhope
and Ms Porter.

We are keen to make sure that users of Hawker Shops get a say on the future of thecentre.
